The objective of this scheme is to enable the company to identify it's training
The objective of this scheme is to enable the company to identify it's training
needs systematically through TNA consultant and build the TNA competency of its
training personnel.
SME Training Needs Analysis(TNA) Consultancy Scheme is one of the schemes offered under
the Human Resources Development Fund(HRDF). The main benefit of the scheme is a
fully-subsidised consultancy service in conducting TNA and eventually assist eligible
SME employers to implement structured training programmes at the enterprise level.
